Client Objective
A regional economic bloc commissioned Classyfix to organize a flagship investment summit that would position East Africa as a premier investment destination and generate concrete investment commitments.
Execution Strategy
We managed the complete event lifecycle: concept development, speaker curation (including 3 heads of state and 12 Fortune 500 CEOs), delegate management, venue production, media coordination, and a structured deal-making program. The summit featured 25 investment pitches, 150 pre-scheduled investor meetings, and 6 sector-specific roundtables.
Results & Impact
The summit attracted 800 delegates from 30 countries, secured $1.2 billion in investment pledges, and generated extensive media coverage across 50+ international outlets. The event has since been institutionalized as an annual flagship gathering.
